Cancellation and Refund 

Cancellation Policy: 

All orders can be cancelled before it has been dispatched from us. Dispatch usually takes between 2-3 business days. This means you must have to cancel your order within 2-3 days. Once you receive the Order Tracking ID on your phone/email means that your order is dispatched and hence cannot be cancelled. This does not mean that you cannot return the product. The products can always be returned, exchanged or refunded as per the shipping and return policy. The total order amount will get refunded into the customer’s bank account from which the payment is made within 3-7 business days. Remember 2% processing fees will be deducted by our payment gateway meaning if the order value is 500rs then you will receive a refunded amount of 490rs after a reduction of 2% i.e. 10rs. 

Procedure for asking for an order cancellation:

  1. Currently, direct order cancellation is not possible from our website. 
  2. Customer needs to send an SMS from their registered mobile number to +91 8081649405 in the format: <Order ID> space <Cancel> with the specified time duration as mentioned above. 
  3. Or contact us via our Contact Number: +91 8081649405 (Ambar Nishad).
  4. Customers will now receive an order cancellation email at their registered email address.

REFUND POLICY

All products on our website are eligible for all kinds of refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, in some cases, we may initiate a full/partial refund if the product experienced severe damage in the transit shipping. We highly ensure the packaging of each and every product to make sure that it is delivered in perfect condition. 

Refunds and Exchange Returns are subject to clearance only if we find the reason given by the customer is authentic and legitimate.

Points to remember before asking for a refund:

  1. A valid reason, Why the customer is asking for a refund.
  2. Must inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Supporting evidence if possible, such as damaged product photos. 
  4. Refunds are subjected to clearance only if found true and reliable. 
  5. The complete refund process may take up to 5-15 days depending upon customer location and return shipping transit time.

  3. Make sure to tell us your order ID while contacting us. 
  4. On getting approval from us. Pack the item in its original packing if possible else pack it as well as you can to avoid return shipping damage which in return benefits both the seller and customer to offer a better relationship in the future. 
  5. Hand over the shipment to the pickup boy and wait till it reaches back to us after receiving the product shipment we will initiate the full refund if the product was the same as described by the customer.
